Top-class young professional musicians, The Backbeats are one of the hottest function bands in the North West. The band has provided the soundtrack to countless dance-floors, from bars and hotels to grand wedding marquees, for hundreds of smiling, satisfied clients.

 

The Backbeats have evolved within the prestigious music degree course of Paul McCartney’s own LIPA, and their incredible funk/soul vibe is so groovy its almost too cool for school. With their set full of the likes of Stevie Wonder, Marvin Gaye, James Brown, The Beatles, Beyonce, Adele, and Michael Jackson, we love The Backbeats superb laid-back feel. 

 

With members originating in places as diverse as Texas, Isreal, South Africa and Switzerland, this multi-national group's spiritual home is in Liverpool, where they have a prestigious residency at the spectacular Alma De Cuba bar & restaurant. With vocalist Amy's outstanding vocals, the tasteful virtuosity of the diverse band come together with aplomb.
